We are a US based company shipping locally and internationally.
We ship via USPS within United States and via FEDEX or DHL for international shipments.
Please allow us 2 business days to fulfill all order and 1-3 business day for your order to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number for your package.

Exchange and returns
What is your exchanges policy?
At Mesmer, we strive to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise that require an exchange or return of a product. Below, we detail our exchange and return policy for perfumes:
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged perfume, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product to inform us about the issue. Please provide us with detailed information about the defect or damage and attach photographic evidence of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we will exchange the product for a new one in optimal condition at no additional cost to you.
Changes due to Error in the Shipped Product:
If you happen to receive a perfume different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We will give you instructions on how to return the incorrect product, and we will arrange for the correct perfume to be shipped to you as soon as possible without any extra charges.
I want to return my order. What do I do?
Returns due to Customer Dissatisfaction:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The perfume must be original, unopened, and unused, with all seals and packaging intact.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened or used.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning the product.
- Once we receive the returned perfume and verify its condition, we will refund the total purchase amount using the same payment method used in the original transaction within five business days.
Procedure to Request Changes or Returns:
If you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly contact our customer service team. Provide them with the necessary information about your order and the reason for the request, and they will gladly assist you. The customer service team will provide instructions to complete the process quickly and efficiently.

When properly stored, fragrance and flavor oils have a stable shelf life of 2 years. While perfumes oil generally last longer than alcohol-based fragrances, following these instructions will help ensure that you enjoy your perfume's exquisite scent for as long as possible.
What are the care instructions?
To maintain the quality of your perfume oil, store it in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Long-term exposure to heat and light can cause your fragrance to degrade over time. It is also essential to keep the perfume bottle tightly sealed when not in use to prevent evaporation, which can diminish the scent's intensity.
What are the Ingredients of the Mesmer perfume oil?
The ingredients are Concentrated Perfume Oil, Oud, Citronellol, Geranoil, and Linalool.
We have an alcohol-free product to serve all skins including sensitive ones.
